It can be very common for anyone and everyone to experience anxiety at some point in their lives. Anxiety disorder could last at least 6 months and it may even become worse if it is not treated properly. If left untreated it can even develop into panic attacks, attacks that are caused by every day life.

Relaxation

Someone that is suffering from anxiety may find it hard to relax, learning how to release the tension within the muscles is an important way to cure anxiety. This might include; daily muscle relaxation, meditation, and deep breathing.

Correct Breathing

Hyperventilation or quick breathing can trigger the physical symptoms of anxiety. This will increase the oxygen levels and will also reduce the carbon dioxide in the blood. Someone with anxiety and panic attacks should not breathe from the chest but from the diaphragm.

Therapy of the Behaviour

With this type of treatment the person suffering, should face the feat, by confronting them you desensitize yourself. Realising what your once feared is now nothing to worry about.

Medication

Medication is not really available for anxiety, however many doctors will prescribe a course of anti depressants or tranquilizers. These are however short-term measures and will not solve the anxiety.
